Mark 1:22 & 27-28: Multitudes Followed Jesus

Mark 1:28, states, "Immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee."

Jesus was followed by multitudes wherever He went. Some went for healings, while others went just to sit at His feet.  

We can still go to Jesus for healings and to learn at His feet when we read His Holy Word.  We cannot physically see Him, but we can feel Him and even sometimes hear Him. 

He left His Holy Spirit behind to guide us and listens to us from Him throne in Heaven.

If only the whole world would follow Jesus instead of politicians, rock stars, actors, and athletes, then they too could be healed and learn much by sitting at His feet!

(Mark 1:22 & 27-28) And they were astonished at his doctrine: for He taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes. 

And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, "What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth He even the unclean spirits, and they do obey Him."

And immediately His fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.
